What SchemeLine holds
The housing schemes your organisation enters: their details, costs, funding, assessments and documents. For each person who uses it, their name, email address and role, and a record of what they changed and when.
Where it is kept
On Microsoft Azure in Ireland. Each organisation has a database of its own, and its data is never shared with another organisation.
Signing in
People sign in with their Microsoft work account. SchemeLine receives the name and email address of the account and nothing else. One cookie keeps a person signed in for twelve hours. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see it
The people your organisation's administrator adds, according to the role they are given. Fenlow staff access an organisation's data only to support it, and only when asked.
